Subscriptions: Subscription orders will ship the next business day, if in stock. If a subscription item is not in stock (such as a Special Order of a case of a product), it will ship to you once the item arrives to Ethereal Gold Dispensary (which may take up to a week).

Please be aware that all arrival times for standard, priority, and melt resistant shipping are estimated. There is no guarantee your order will arrive in that time frame, as factors outside our control may happen during shipping.
Ethereal Gold Dispensary offers anti-melt shipping, which includes an ice pack and faster shipping times. We highly recommend selecting this option if your shipment includes chocolate or you are in a warmer climate. Please be aware that, even if selecting this option, Ethereal Gold Dispensary is not responsible for your product condition if it melts in transit. If this does occur, we recommend placing your item in the fridge or freezer as it is still safe to consume.
