Package Protection
Common Questions
-
What does Package Protection Cover?
- Navidium Package Protection covers your Ethereal Gold Dispensary order against loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping. If your package encounters one of these issues while in transit, Navidium ensures you receive an expedited replacement or refund. (Note: Damage excludes melted product due to temperature. Ethereal Gold Dispensary offers anti-melt shipping that can assist if you live in hot climates. However, Ethereal Gold Dispensary also recommends putting your package in the fridge and allowing it to cool if you live in a hot climate and it contains gummies, chocolate, etc.)
-
I didn't receive my package and it says delivered. When can I file a claim?
- If your package is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, a claim can be filed after 10 days. A police report may be required by Navidium at their discretion.
-
My package hasn't moved in transit. Can I file a claim?
- If your package hasn't moved for 5 days, please contact Ethereal Gold Dispensary and they will file a mail search on your behalf. This typically sees the package delivered within the next 5 days. In the event your package doesn't have a status update 4 days after they file the status update, a refund or replacement will be issued.
-
My package was returned to the sender. Is this covered?
- Navidium does not cover packages labeled return to sender because the order has been sent back to us. Items are returned to sender when a customer provides an invalid or undeliverable address or refuses a delivery.
-
Only part of my order was delivered, and the other part is still moving but is late. Is this covered?
- If the customer ordered several items in one package but only part of the order arrived and there is no evidence of tampering, Navidium does not cover the issue.
-
My package is running late. Is this covered?
- While frustrating, delays in shipping are generally not covered by Package Protection unless the package is officially declared lost by the carrier after a specific waiting period. Package Protection primarily covers confirmed instances of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
