Brewing Instructions:
- Use ¼ cup of Reishi Tea.
- Add 8-12 cups of water.
- For crockpot: Simmer on low setting for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, adding more water as needed.
- For saucepot: Simmer on low heat for a minimum of 2 hours, up to 4 hours for best results.
- Strain out mushroom solids and discard (or reuse for a weaker infusion).
- Store tea in glass jars in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 6 months.
- For best results, drink 1 chilled pint per day.
