Subscriptions: Subscription orders will ship the next business day, if in stock. If a subscription item is not in stock (such as a Special Order of a case of a product), it will ship to you once the item arrives to Ethereal Gold Dispensary (which may take up to a week).
All subscriptions ship with our standard shipping method for renewals. If you would like to upgrade your shipping on your subscription to another method, please contact us before your subscription renews.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until 2 orders have processed. (Not applicable in the State of California. To cancel a subscription before that 2 order period, if you are a resident of California, please contact us prior to your subscription renewing.)
All subscriptions are automatically cancelled after 10 years.

Please be aware that all arrival times for standard, priority, and melt resistant shipping are estimated. There is no guarantee your order will arrive in that time frame, as factors outside our control may happen during shipping.
Ethereal Gold Dispensary offers anti-melt shipping, which includes an ice pack and faster shipping times. We highly recommend selecting this option if your shipment includes chocolate or you are in a warmer climate. Please be aware that, even if selecting this option, Ethereal Gold Dispensary is not responsible for your product condition if it melts in transit. If this does occur, we recommend placing your item in the fridge or freezer as it is still safe to consume. (Note: If purchasing anti-melt shipping for only beverage products, while the ice packs will be included, there will not be anti-melt packing material except around the ice packs. We do not recommend anti-melt shipping for beverage only orders)
Orders that have anti-melt shipping will not ship until the following Monday if they are ordered on Wednesday after 6PM central time, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
