Refund policy

Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we may assist you. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. If a produce is incorrect or damaged, please contact one of our staff members, and we will correct the issue.

Incorrect or Damaged Product

Please notify us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged in transit within 14 business days of its arrival at your location. We will correct this problem immediately.

Special Order Program

Our special order program is for cases of items. These cases provide you with a discount for ordering in bulk. However, these cases may not be in stock at the time of order. Instead, they will typically ship from our location to you within a week. You will receive an email with your estimated ship from us to you date within 1 business day of placing a Special Order. If for some reason there is a delay in your Special Order, you will receive a new estimated ship date via email. We thank you for your patience in receiving Special Orders.

    (Note: Times above do not include delays due to national holidays where mail is not being delivered.)

    Subscription Program

    Our subscription program is designed so that you receive the items you desire every week, two weeks, month, or two months. The program grants a discount of between 5% and 30% off the base price of the item for your loyalty. Subscription orders will ship the same day if in stock. If a subscription item is not in stock, it will ship to you once the item arrives to Ethereal Gold Dispensary (which may take up to a week). Note that subscription items that are out of stock do not qualify for our Special Order program.

    Before your subscriptions renews, you will receive an email reminding you to double check your subscription 5 days before the renewal period. (If you do not receive this email, please notify us immediately.) This email is done as a courtesy, and user's of EtherealGoldDispensary.com should expect their subscription to renew on the date in their account. 

    To change your subscription items, pause a subscription, etc. Please visit your My Account page and scroll down to manage your subscription. If you need assistance editing your subscription, contact us via the chat bubble on the bottom right on every page.

    In the event that an item is no longer available for your subscription (due to it being discontinued, changing legality, etc.) you will receive an email or text message with handpicked replacements by our Handlers that will instead be included in your next subscription. Please review this email or text message ASAP if received, as it will ask you to confirm these substitutions. If our team does not hear from you within 48 hours, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to change any of those items, contact us via chat or go to your My Account page and change the items out. By placing a subscription, you consent for Ethereal Gold Dispensary to make item substitutions to your order. You will receive an email noting changes to your subscription and what your previous items are being replaced with.

    Your item price may increase between subscriptions; it is the customer's responsibility to verify the item price before their subscription renews. By placing a subscription, you consent to these price changes.

    You will not receive an email if you used a coupon on your subscription that is no longer valid or if you placed a subscription for an item while it was on sale.)

    Fixed Term: Subscriptions will have an automatic end date of 10 years after creation. After 10 years have passed since your initial subscription is created, it will be cancelled unless prior notice has been given from you to Ethereal Gold Dispensary.

    ID Verification

    Please note that Ethereal Gold Dispensary requires every order to verify their age using AgeChecker.net. As part of the process, AgeChecker.net may request photo verified of your ID. You may also be requested to submit your ID to NoFraud in the event that you meet internal fraud parameters.  Please be aware that you have 3 days to provide this information (to AgeChecker,net) or 24 hours (NoFraud), otherwise your order will be cancelled. In addition, your payment method will be reported as potential fraud or an under-age purchase attempt.

    Delivery/Shipping Policy

    All orders are processed within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (1 business days for most normal orders, but Special Order products may take up to 10 business days.) Do note that if your order has been placed after our mail order pickup for the day (typically between noon and 3PM), your package will be unable to be given to the delivery company until the next business day.

    In the event your package is returned to us for an incomplete address, failure to pick up the package from your local shipping office, etc, the customer is responsible for re-paying for the shipping fee. Re-payment will first be deducted from your available rewards points, and if there is an outstanding balance it will be billed to you. The package will not re-ship until this outstanding balance has been paid.

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping to the United States of America, with free shipping over $55. In addition, we offer a few shipping options:

    Anti-Melt Shipping (Includes anti-melt materials for chocolate)

    Note: While we do our best with this method to stop chocolate from melting, this does not guarantee it will not do so. If you select Anti-Melt Shipping and your package is deemed too heavy for Priority Mail service by our staff, the package will be shipped with USPS Ground Shipping instead.

    Packages that are anti-melt shipping will ship the following Monday if the order is placed Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

    *Note: These delivery times are estimated by the shipping company. We cannot guarantee these times. We do not provide refunds if your items melt while using Anti-Melt Shipping.

    Freight Forwarding

    Please be aware that Ethereal Gold Dispensary does not provide support for delivering to a freight forwarding service. If our team discovers you are shipping to a freight forwarding service, your account may be banned by our fraud department. 

    In-store pickup

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 237 Harrison Avenue | Waukesha, WI 53186. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. (Unless it has a Special Order product, which may take up to 10 business days)

    Our in-store pickup hours are located at the bottom of every website page. Please have legal ID with you otherwise you will be unable to take your items with you.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at confidential@etherealgolddispensary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
