Brewing Instructions
Due to the dense nature of the red reishi mushroom, this tea is best prepared as a decoction to extract its full character:

Measurement: Use ¼ cup of the Red Reishi Rooibos Tea blend.

Water: Add 8–12 cups of fresh water.

Slow Cooker Method: Simmer on a low setting for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, adding more water as needed.

Stovetop Method: Simmer in a saucepot on low heat for a minimum of 2 hours, up to 4 hours for the most robust results.

Storage: Strain out the solids and store the liquid in glass jars. The tea stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or can be frozen for up to 6 months.
