Your order will be processed the next business day after ordering (if the item is in stock). Orders placed on national holidays and weekends will be sent the next business day that Ethereal Gold Dispensary is open.* (Please note that delivery estimates at checkout are after processing time. Estimated delivery times do not begin until the package has reached the first sorting hub of the shipping carrier.)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Special Orders: Looking to order a case of a product for that sweet, sweet discount? While we may not have stock of it, it will ship to from us to you (typically) within a week.

Subscriptions: Subscription orders will ship the next business day, if in stock. If a subscription item is not in stock (such as a Special Order of a case of a product), it will ship to you once the item arrives to Ethereal Gold Dispensary (which may take up to a week).
All subscriptions ship with our standard shipping method for renewals. If you would like to upgrade your shipping on your subscription to another method, please contact us before your subscription renews.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until 2 orders have processed. (Not applicable in the State of California. To cancel a subscription before that 2 order period, if you are a resident of California, please contact us prior to your subscription renewing.)
All subscriptions are automatically cancelled after 10 years.
